关于2024年中国政府奖学金年度评审的通知

各位中国政府奖学金同学：

根据中国国家留学基金委的要求，我校将组织全校中国政府奖学金生的年度评审工作。年度评审是对在我校学习的中国政府奖学金生的一次综合评价，考察内容为学生的道德品行、学习成绩、学习/科研态度、活动表现等情况。评审未通过的学生将不能享受下一年度的奖学金，且无法顺利延期奖学金。

To all CSC students,

According to the requirements of China Scholarship Council,annual review of Chinese Government Scholarship will be conducted recently. Annual review is a comprehensive evaluation of the Chinese Government Scholarship students in our university who are to enjoy the next year’s scholarship. The content to be reviewed includes: ethical conduct, academic results, learning/researching ability, activity participation and performance etc.. Students who are unable to pass the review will not be eligible to enjoy the next year's scholarship and the scholarship can’t be extended.‍

一、参评学生范围

1.2024年9月之后拟继续享受中国政府奖学金的学生须参评；

I.Targeted students：

1. Students who plan to continue to have Chinese Government Scholarship after September 2024 ;

二、具体操作流程

本年度中国政府奖学金生年度评审须通过中国政府奖学金来华留学信息系统进行;基本流程为“学生自评→导师打分→学校填写意见”，并需按要求上传相关支撑材料。

The Annual Review of this year should be conducted through the Chinese Government Scholarship Information System for Study in China (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/); The process is "Student self-assessment → Comments from tutor/supervisor →Comments from university", and relevant supporting materials should be uploaded as required.

步骤/Steps:参评学生通过CSC号登录信息系统https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/，进入“奖学金年度自评”，首先填写“中国政府奖学金院校评估问卷”，完成自评信息和上传附加材料后，点击“提交”。

Students should log in tohttps://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/with CSC ID number and fill out the "Chinese Government Scholarship Evaluation Questionnaire". After completing the self-assessment information and uploading additional materials, click "Submit"。

学生应对自己在本学年的遵规守纪、学习情况、参加活动情况简要总结。中文授课学生请用中文填写，英文授课学生可用英文填写。填写内容应充分总结和反映自己各方面的情况，应填满相关的表格。

Students should give a brief review of the study and behavior during this academic year from three perspectives ( Rules and regulations observation, Academic performance and Activities’ participation). For Chinese-taught students, please fill the form in Chinese；for English-taught students, in English. Students should summarize your comprehensive performance on campus and fill in the blanks with enough contents.

三、评价时间安排

请各位中国政府奖学金生在2024年4月15日之前在系统里完成自我评价和支撑材料上传。

CSC Students are required to complete the self-evaluation and uploading of supporting materials in the system before April 15, 2024.
