根据学校奖学金管理要求，重庆交通大学校长奖学金生必须参加奖学金年度评审，无故不参加奖学金年度评审者，将被取消奖学金资格。学校将按照奖学金管理要求组织开展2024年奖学金年度评审工作，现将年度评审相关事项通知如下：
一、参加年度评审的对象：
除2024年6月即将毕业的所有重庆交通大学校长奖学金生。
二、评审步骤：
1．凭本通知最后的链接下载《重庆交通大学外国留学生校长奖学金年度评审表》奖学金生需根据填写说明认真填写表格中的内容；其中“学习表现情况”不少200字，字体大小与页面其他正文字体大小一致。请勿擅自调整表格的格式和删除相关内容。
2.填写完毕后于4月15日前将评审表交到国际学院留学生工作办公室（4教102）。
提交评审表的截止时间：2024年4月15日下午5点前。若在截止时间前未能按时提交评审表者将被取消奖学金的资格。因学业成绩不达标或在校表现不佳而导致评审不合格者，评审委员会将会进行约谈和告知。

Notice about Annual Review of
CQJTU PRESIDENT SCHOLARSHIP
According to the requirement of theNotice about Annual Review of Scholarshipfrom CQJTU, all the Scholarship students must have the annual scholarship review. Those who fail to participate in the review without formal reasons will have their scholarship cancelled. The following will be the relevant matters:
1. Targeted students for the Review:
All CQJTU President Scholarship studentsEXCEPTthose who will graduate in June, 2024.
2. Review Procedures:
A.Download the Review Form from the links provided and fill in the necessary information on the first page.Attention: Read the instruction carefully, and the part forSummary of study, research and conduct in the past yearshould be no less than 200 words. The fonts and sizes of characters should be in accordance with the first page. Please do not change the format or delete anything from the original form.
B.Submit the filled form to International Student Affairs Office before April 15, 2024.
The deadline for submitting the form is 17:00, April 15, 2024. Those who fail to hand in the required materials will be deprived of the qualification of scholarship. The Board of Scholarship Review of CQJTU will inform those who might fail in the scholarship review because of their poor performance of academic scores or conducts beforehand.
